I ordered eye drops today which are very good for hay fever and irritated eyes. Robert responded immediately that this product was not in stock (can be ordered), but a comparable product of the same brand. I had my doubts between the two, so the choice, with Robert's advice, made it easier. So I opted for the new product, Robert is directing again immediately and I will probably already have the product at home tomorrow. Super Service, with a capital S.
